Babs Bodycare Geranium and Clary Sage Deodorant and Why We Love It

As a skincare owner the one question I get asked regularly is “what deodorant do you use?” and I have to say I have tried and tested nearly every natural one on the market without much luck – they either cause severe irritation thanks to the inclusion of Sodium Bicarbonate or they just don’t do the job! That was until recently when I met Andrea, owner of Babs Bodycare, at a Nourish Melbourne wellness breakfast and was introduced to her “Sodium Bicarb free” vegan Geranium and Clary Sage deodorant paste. Andrea was kind enough to give me a sample to try and I honestly haven’t looked back.

By using a clever combination of shea butter, coconut oil, magnesium (one of my all-time favourite ingredients) and the perfect blend of antibacterial and calming essential oils, this deodorant manages to neutralise the odour causing bacteria naturally without blocking pores to leave your pitts smelling fresh and feeling dry.
