Both our sunscreens contain 216mg/g or 21.6% of zinc oxide as the active ingredient.

Our original Sunscreen contains red raspberry seed oil for its natural UVA and UVB protection. The children’s sunscreen has been formulated with chamomile oil instead, for its soothing and calming properties, making it perfect for children’s delicate skin.

Both sunscreen formulations contain natural ingredients making them suitable for all ages. For sensitive and/or delicate skin we recommend using the Children’s Sunscreen.

Most people are surprised to learn that SPF50 only offers marginally better protection than SPF30. SPF50 filters out 98% of UVB radiation, while SPF30 blocks out 96.7% of UVB.

Our sunscreen offers broad-spectrum protection meaning that if filters both UVA and UVB rays. UVB is the principle cause of sunburn, but both UVA and UVB contribute to increased skin cancer risk.

Our sunscreens do not contain any of the harmful ingredients killing coral reefs. Please avoid sunscreens containing oxybenzone, octinoxate and triclosan and help protect our oceans and marine life.

Our two vapour rubs contain exactly the same ingredients. The only difference is the percentage of essential oils in the baby rub is half that of the adult rub. We recommend using the baby vapour rub from six months old to 6 years and the adult vapour rub from 6 years onwards. As with all new skincare products, we recommend doing a patch test first.

Our moisturiser and both our vapour rubs contain a base of shea butter and coconut oil, without thickeners and stabilisers, so please be aware that coconut oil melts at temperatures above 24°C to become a clear liquid, and solidifies at temperatures below 24°C. We suggest that you keep the moisturisers and vapour rubs in a cool area but should you find any of the products slightly melted, just place them in the fridge or cool cupboard to re-solidify the product. Unlike other vegetable oils, coconut oil is very stable when heated, so should your product melt or liquefy, the purity and quality of your product will never be compromised. As we only use unrefined shea butter in our collection, some products may feel grainy but will melt into the skin upon application.

We would love to bring our sunscreen out in a large pump size but unfortunately because it is a natural formulation and a thicker consistency than chemical sunscreens, it actually ends up blocking the pump over time (believe me, we’ve tried !). In the future we hope to develop a completely natural formulation that allows us to package it in a large pump pack.
